Welcome to JustRecap. This ‘App’ (henceforth refers the JustRecap’s iOS platform, android platform and web platform) is published by or on behalf of Reccap Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”); a company registered in England under company number 15142082.

By downloading or otherwise accessing the App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms“) and our privacy policy.

2. User Eligibility

By using JustRecap, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into this Agreement.

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any misuse of your account is your sole responsibility.

4. Use of Service

You agree not to use JustRecap for any illegal activities or to infringe upon the rights of others. You may only convert videos into articles for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted.

5. User Content

By using our service, you grant Reccap LTD a license to use, store, and display the content generated.

6. Payment Processing

Payment processing services for users on JustRecap are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a user on JustRecap, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of JustRecap enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide JustRecap accurate and complete information about you, and you authorize JustRecap to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services

Our service may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reccap LTD will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to ToS

Reccap LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, which will be effective upon posting.
